Im here in L.I and the best we got is a 14.5 mile monster... :evillol: Serious speeds :screwy:

we have like a 11 miler between two of the small towns. Too bad every road around here is single lane.lol

One long enough to get my slow ass Taurus up to 155ish mph :)

There's a good 7 mile stretch between two local towns about 10 minutes from me.
Then there's the turnpike right by me that's a good 20 mile stretch.
They're all 4-lane too so no stupid tricks have to be pulled.

we've got NOTHING over here. absolutely no straight roads, every road has a curve somewhere, thats what you get for building in a hilly area. No straight roads + heavy floaty car = hard to get any decent speed, thats why i just slide around on backroads instead, of course my tires are BEGGING for mercy.

Longest strait by me? Lol. I dont think there is any... Maybe you could find one about 2 miles long... If you know where to look...

There is one section near me. About 1/4 mile long. Can only get to about 114 MPH on that though.

In illinois...just about every road is straight

but look at how many side roads there are for cops to hide on! that usually keeps me at moderate speeds on certain highways, fear of getting owned with a fine and points.

I think if you're doing over 150 a radar detector won't do you much good.

There are NO sideroads it's a parkway only lead off's to a ton of private lots...

Also if you look at the last pic I posted on the first series of pix... You will see a beach house on the bottom left that's where they all hang out they usually dont leave there... Plus it's the end of the strip anyway :dunno:

Fyi - PRIVATE lot's cops can't park in ,atleast in NY or the ticket is void plus who cares I got a pba mofo's and a high ranking one too :evillol:

there isn't much around here for me, but there is a road, i think its like county line road,(milwaukee, WI) but its like 2 miles, i got up to 130+ in my sentra :)

There's a road about half a mile from me that we do most of our racing on. It's about 3 miles strait with intersections except where is dead ends on both ends.

Then the rest of the trip was 105+. I'm suprised I havnt been nailed by a radar yet. But I think that could be because I slow down for the overpasses where they hide.

the city planners here dont' make a straight road at all, i think there are 4 straight roads altogether and they are heavily patroled, some roads look straight for a bout 10 seconds then have a turn or a dip or a huge pothole that makes racing impossible
