Bucking Engine

It's bad enough to have paid 3.59$ a gallon for regular gas , but to have water in it is just the pits! Got a bunch of water in that tankful of liquid gold- then had trouble finding an auto parts store that had fuel dry on the shelf. Guess they figure it's not winter yet, so why have it out...

Anyway,found some and now the bucking on acceleration is fading , and soon the last vestiges of that faux gas will be gone.

Gotta do the brakes this weekend, have changed the fronts often , the back only once - figured maybe the proportioning valve was bad- but the car stops great under all conditions . Anyone else have this same experience with Lumina car brakes?

You'd be wise to keep adding fresh gas as the level goes down. Being that it's summer, the gas companies aren't mixing in the dry gas additive, so the best you can do is dilute the mixture as often as possible.

Thanks- yes the lower the tank has gotten, the worse it is. Ran it right down to E . Will put in a couple gallons at a time until it's gone...
