help with swap

I just picked up an EF with a blown motor and i know that a lot of you guys have done swaps in here so i was woundering if anyone has their stock motor laying around in the seattle area. Even though the stock motors arn't that great it would still be an improvement over the dual point piece of s#@$ that's in there now. So i'd need the Motor and the ECU if anyone has one laying around hit me up.

swaps are differnt with 4th gens then 5ths I have a 4th myself just like here better so if you need a hand with info just pm me.
