does anyoen knoe

Does anyone know how to do a frankenstein on h22 head into h23 block??? i have all the accessories.....all the parts....just need the knoe-how-to-do-it..........

i also have a p13 upgraded from JEG's.....i know that needs the vafc...can somone please help me how to set the rite fuel ratios for that.....??? any help will do..
