dome/lighter/stereo problem, please help

this is regarding a 1987 firebird formula, 305.
the other day my dome light, cig lighter and stereo all stopped working.
i found a penny sitting in the bottom of the cig lighter i thought that might have been the cause.

now when i press the brake peddle the radio/dome /cig lighter all work, then when i release peddle they all shut down. anyone have any idea what wrong here? i checked all the fuses and i am stumped.. please help

sounds like a wire got melted to another wire
