wheelmax!! grrrrr!!

i just wanted to vent.. wheel max may have great prices but they screwed me! i talked to a guy there about ordering new shoes for my baby (tenzo passion 5's ) and he says to wait about 3 weeks for them to get it in.. i wait patiently just to find out that they will never be getting those in.. damn :(

I got mine from them last year....

the same thing happened to me. I called them about ordering some tenzo rs-5's for my baby along time ago, and they said that they will be getting them back in stock in two weeks and to call back, so I waited to long ass weeks and called them to order them, and the stupid ass there say's "we are not stocking tenzo wheels anymore" what an asswhole.:devil:

na it's cool I just got them from ard, a hundred more dollars but oh well.

i heard good things about wheelmax thats why i wanted to try them out.. oh well i got em at precisioninstallations for 70 bucks more.. oh well

Not to be a prick, but I don't see how you got screwed? If they had charged you for them and never got them, then maybe. I just don't think this warrants people not trusting to buy from them. I guess the lesson is, if Wheelmax does not have your wheel in stock, look elsewhere....otherwise, I personally, would buy from them if they had what I want.

I do have a friend who was trying to order some wheels, and they said the ones he wants weren't in stock yet, so when he tries again I'll post some results. To me, sounds like a case of shabby service, but perhaps not dishonesty.

i ordered some tenzo's from them and they kept telling me it was in backstock every other week so i finally said i wanted my money back. then i had to keep calling them for another month to get my refund.:mad:

dont u guys have a rim store any place around u? why pay the 100 bucks shipping?

none of the shops around me carry tenzo's they special order them;)

So they actually charged you first? thats shady!

so why dont u just special order them. none of the places in my town hold the tenzo av-7's i want but they just special order for me. is it supposed to cost extra? it doesnt for me. or is it u just cant wait?

yea I was gonna special order them, but they wanted my money up front and told me it will be a month or two, so I said srew that and did some callen around and decided to pay the extra hundred because ard had them in stock and could get them to me in a week. I think it was worth the extra money:D

why?? cuz it's cheaper than my local shop here even plus shipping cost.

and I believe that's the same everywhere.

I ordered Tenzo SHU-4s a month ago from a shop in Calgary and it took a month to get them. I mean it took them(shop) a month to get the rims. Now, the rims are being delievered to me.

I think it's the Tenzo that screwing everyone. :devil:
