P0200 Injector Control Circuit Voltage

Hi ALL! new to this so here goes: 1996 Lesabre 3.8 series II-96K miles- got this code from computer:
P0200 Injector Control Circuit Voltage ...ummmm now what? I changed plugs before problem started. I know I have a mild misfire w/ loss of power and have heard the coil pack (s) can be bad even if they test good? Just want to know where to start throwing $. A pretty clean Arizona car I'd rather keep. Perhaps changing the TPS? Please keep any answers somewhat less technical as it has been a while since I built a few engines (true), but can repair almost anything...so I figure why not. Thanks All! cdoc, George

Maybe a bad injector or in the circuitry that drives the injector which comes from the PCM (another possibility). If you have a scope, you could take a look at each injector's waveform to isolate the problem.

You would normally have some misfire with this code, see if there is a p0300 code also, get a noid lite and check pulse to each injector to try and isolate the problem, some injector connectors have had problems with corrosion also. Stuzman's suggestion is on the money if you have access to a scope.
