lighting questions.

Ok...I really want to black out my car. black taillights, sidemarkers, and turn signals (front)...but i don't want to pay 180$ for new taillights. Can i just have a tint shop tint them? Or do i have to buy them? where can i get cheap ones...i don't wanna use ebay. Also...are black taillights illegal?

bump....hey guys...Ummm I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these lights.. It would help alot...cause the only shop around me that has them is asking 130$ for just taillight covers...not even the whole thing. So any help would be really appreciated
