Could someone please tell me how to locate and change a flasher module for a 1998 plymouth voyager.

In 1992 and later models, the turn signal and hazzard flashers were incorporated into one unit known as the combination flasher and is located at the lower left corner of the relay bank, adjacent to the fuse box.
Always dissconnect the negative battery cable when working in the vicinity of the instument panel or steering column to avoid accidental deployment of the air bags, which could cause personal injury.
The above was taken directly from the Haynes Manual.
