door panel control lights

the lights on my drivers side door panel controls are out and the left side of my steering wheel (next to drivers side door) are out also. i believe they both went at the same time. could that be a fuse? please say yes.

I would say neg. on both. the staring wheel light can not be replased, but i thin you would have to buy the whole peice, driverside door, same thing. if somebody knows different, speak up!
