98 Jimmy to blazer front end

I have a 98 Jimmy I want to change the front (grill, lights, ect.) to a 98 (or same style) Blazer front. What are the exact parts that i would need to do this, I know I obviously need the grill and the lights, but i'm pretty sure that doesn't just mount on. Are there any kits availble to do this or would I have to just buy in pieces?
