Supercharged GAGT

My buddy at school has a Grand Am Gt with the V6 3.4 litre engine. His cars pretty quick, but its in the shop right now getting a supercharger put on, and I was wonderin after the upgrade how quick will it get to 60mph (just an estimate) hope someone can tell me thanks.

Welcome to the forum. It depends what else has been done to his car. I'd say if his car was completely unmodded, and say he added the vortec supercharger kit for our engine, then he would probably be looking at a 0-60 time of 6 seconds, maybe 5.5 if he already has a decent number of other mods.

Hope he is beefing up that tranny!!!

I bet it still takes 6.0-6.4 seconds to 60 MPH thanks to only being able to run mild boost. And the tranny will start taking a shit.

The sad thing is the GAGT with the 3400 in it when supercharged only runs about a mid 14.4 (something most modded N/A 3400s can reach)
