window problems

my window has a gap... can someone help and tell me how to adjust it inward?

There are I believe two padded window brackets covered with a piece of black carpeting on each door. You must first remove the door panel, then you will see these pads sitting on the very top. Using a 10mm socket, loosen the bolt holding the pad which is mounted on a bracket, and move it in or out until you get the adjustment you want. It's as simple as that. Just be certain that you don't move it too tight against the glass, just enough so it's touching. Then try rolling the window up and down.
