My car sits nose high (compared to the photos in the Lincoln brochure I bought on ebay) is there a way to adjust the ride hight on an air suspension?

Yes.
Ride-Height sensors can be slightly adjusted up/down.
You should consider the front riding high a good thing..
everyone else has their rear riding high.

I have to opposite problem, my front runs low and the motor pump is running but its hot, not sure if a leak or not but the front won't raise up when started like it should.

If that pump isn't dead already, it will be very soon. Their not made to run constantly. Your front's defiinately have a problem that needs someone to troubleshoot if it's not too late.
The IS the reason there's so many complaints of the Air Suspension costing TOOO much to repair. Something simple goes out, then the more expensive stuff is stressed out and dies soon thereafter.
