1988 B2200 with Frame Rust Bad

Does anyone have any experience welding support on these frames.?

Had 2 new tires put on the front and the hoist pads nearly dug into frame in the rear...

What to do now is the issue.
I am sure hauling anything is out for this truck.
But, just to get it safe the rear (in front of rear wheels)
Needs to be strengthened... like with leaf spring blades.
But, I know that leafs can not be used for welding...
