Okay I have a 95 mustang sitting in the parking lot that has been sitting there for at least 4-5 months. We can not find the key to it and will have to get pop-a-lock to open it and get us a key from ford or something. Anyway, I know I am going to have problems getting this thing to get working again. What do you think would be the price range to get this thing working?

it depends on what is wrong with it.

If it was running well before you parked it, there should not be much problems.
IMO just check all the fluids. Step on the brake pedal hard to make sure rust/animals/vandals have not damaged a brake line. Take a good look under the hood and underneath for any other similar damage.
You may need to jump start the car's battery to get it going, but it should run fine.
Generally, the unknown quantity is the condition of the gas in the tank. If the tank was full, or near full, you should be fine. Near-empty tanks can attrract water and condensation, and possibly rust out the inside of the tank a bit.
Drive it slowly and try the brakes a few times. The drums/discs will have a coating of rust which should scrub off when the brakes are used a few times. If you are not sure, remove the wheels and visually inspect the brakes.
Finally, change the oil, filter and fuel filter as soon as reasonably possible.

beware your car may be new enough to where you have a transponder key (key with a black plastic case and a chip in it), if it is the some one has to come and cut a metal mold key hook, up a computer to your car and code 2 keys for you
that is exteremly expensive and most moblie lock smiths don't have the epuipment needed or they just work fuss with it at all cause it takes a few hours and you have to do it perfect error free
