Is it possible

Hey everyone, new to the forum. I own a 99 zx2 and a friend and i have a wondering. Is it possible to put the ford 2.3l motor into a zx2, considering that its the new focus motor, it wouldnt be hard to modify, and cosworth makes some sweet parts. I was wondering if anyone knew if this was possible, if there were any similar motor mounts, if the motors shared transmissions, anything like that. Thanks for listening.

zetecs a very good motor, why would you want to swap it?

I know the Zetec is a good motor, but its hard to find preformance mods, and the 2.3 has and is going to be getting lots of these mods. Its just a what if scenario, id like to see if it can be done.

much more trouble then its worth, I have beat Focus ST's stock for stock quite a few times.
