my 2.8 l s10 dies when i stop sucks gas and a crap load of pwer loss i chaned a bunch of stuff and i dunno what it is someone help me here

It probably needs a tune up.

Look into a Haynes type manual and follow their step by step tune up guide.

You've probably done 1/2 the stuff already anyways.

What year is it? Carb or fuel injection? Both you should check for vacuum leaks, hoses get old and crack. Once my younger brother had me go look at a car with him. The guy told him the motor was shot, he went to answer the phone and while he was gone I found a cracked hose and fixed it. The engine smothed rite out. I pulled the hose back off and we bought the car........ On the carb model look at the manual fuel pump and see if its leaking thru the hole in the side. That tells you its shot. Have you changed the fuel filter? Get back with some answers and I will see if I can help you more.
