well i got hit pretty hard i was out for a few mins so they took me to the hospital never got a chance to return the favor...and to top it off she dont have insurance..

could've taken to small claim court or even try one of those 1-800 injury lawyers people. even if you took her to Judge Judy, I'm sure it would've made a great show, you would've won (if it was her fault entirely) and get paid to be in the show.
