help.. momo steering wheel stuck!

hey all
ive put a momo wheel on my car, but its on crooked (hehe) and i wana get it back on straight
but the damn thing is stuck solid!!... ive used wd40, grease to loosen it but thats all it does....
does any1 know if i can use a crx boss kit on a civic? cos i thought it'd fit and thats what i did
any suggestions...?

i think crx and 92 civic use the same boss kit, i had the same problem with my momo when i sold my old car, what i did was take the pastic /rubber think off the boss kit and put a extention from a socket set through the boss kit and pull

yeah I think the boss should fit. did you take the horn off, and spray the WD40 where the nut is to unlock it? Never had problems where it was stuck in place before, but it being crooked is a regular thing...you just gotta hold the steering wheel as straight as you can when you are tightening it.

Go and buy a steering wheel puller from Repco. Basically a bar that you attatch a ratchet. Two bolts attatch to the wheel and a central one pushes against the shaft - turn the ratchet to pop the wheel off.

Go and buy a steering wheel puller from Repco. Basically a bar that you attatch a ratchet. Two bolts attatch to the wheel and a central one pushes against the shaft - turn the ratchet to pop the wheel off.
