ok i resently had an amp, radio, speakers, and subs installed in my car and everything has been going fine with my car!!! by having all these items in my car would that cause one of my plugs or wires to go bad? i recently had a tune up last yr. i have a 2000 oldsmobile alero 6 cylinder 74thousand miles can anyone help

It shouldn't unless you had low voltage as a result of the amp drawing too much power from the system. If you installed a capacitor in the system I doubt the system had anything to do with the wire. Wires go bad for many reasons. Plugs can cause it, coils too. But usually they just develop too much resistance and fail to work properly.
If you did the tune up yourself and replaced wires then there may be a problem with the coil but if they are the original wires then 74K is a good time to change them anyway that is about where they start to go bad anyway.
