Hi Folks,
Well, I couldn't wait for Scotland's crappy weather to change. Still waiting on sunshine & dry weather I decided to sit the car beside the patio doors & get as decent shots I could muster. They came out okay I the end I think. I also tarted up the presentation because I'm going to print these out to create my own completed thread I can keep in a photo album.
Okay then, since my last progress I have obviously connected body and chassis together, applied p/e/ emblems & p/e hood pins. I had ever-so-slight fitting problems with chassis & body but nothing to panic over, although I snapped off one of the aerials in the process. Carefully, I glued the aerial back on, while inside I was raging at such a last minute mistake!
Right, enough of the blah, blah and on with the pics. Hope you like them :)

So, finally after all these months my Focus can rest! Next up, the Renault 5 Turbo for the eighties contest.

This has turned out superb. The pictures and the way you have added all the additional information is so much better then just doing what I do. Take a picture on the patio table and pop it into a completed thread. It looks so much more completed. I love the way you have put the FORD logo underneath the car.
You're right about the drive figures. Does add to the model, give's it a more Rally car appearance. A great addition to your "slowly..." (Sorry) growing Rally Car collection.
Hope mine turns out as good as this, I start mine as soon as the Honda I'm working is completed.
PS - Did you use Photoshop for the pictures, or do you have a MAC hidden away somewhere?

Thanks guys!
Mick, don't apologise for saying I build slowly - because it's true!! Glad you like my completed pics - yes I did use photoshop & I use Mac at home and at work. I'm a graphic designer by trade so that all helps when trying to make 'pretty pictures'. The only reason I went to the effort was as I said, I'm gonna print these pics out and pop them in a photo album - I'm quite sad that way you see
