73 F250 Prerunner?

I cant find a lift for a 73 F20 2wd and I beams. Can I just find bigger springs? And does anybody run a truck this old like a prerunner?

So nobody makes a suspension lift. I checked everybody (Skyjacker, Explorer Procomp, etc...) and searched this and other forums. Seems like the Pre 77 ford trucks with I-beams are left out of the lifted fun catagory.
A little response would be cool, I want to run this thing in the desert!
