p1443 code

i've eliminated a lot of codes so far. car was running rich for the longest while cuz of bad o2 sensors. i changed them.

checked out the evap parts but the sensor, solenoid and canister all checked out.

someone said to check the EGR. that a bad EGR could cause a 1443 code. my EGR was fine. did find the EGR solenoid wouldn't hold vacuum so i changed that. but still getting the p1443 code.
