I have a 1995 Camry. The radiator is leaking near the very top, front, along what looks like a seam pressed toghther with a series (about 100) of small metal tabs. HOW CAN I FIX IT? Seems like it could be welded or soldered without removing the radiator. Comments?

Don't do it... They leak for a reason.
Normally either the coolant is not flushed often enough - causing it to become highly corrosive.
Or
You mix Toyota red coolant, with any common coolant. That will cause the two antifreeze types to turn into a very hard gel that is incapable of being cleaned, or flushed.
Replace the radiator for a new one. $60-$80usd to get an aftermarket one.
I you also need to change the thermostat, and once running, be sure the water pump is pumping OK. They can also clog, or have their impellors corroded off - impeading flow.
