positioning of system

i have a honda crv(suv) with a 30x51 inch trunk. im planning on throwing in 2 12's in a box 30X15X15 should i put it behind the seat facing the seats or leaned back facing the back window?

you'll have to try it out and see .... it's really hard to say before hand
