My 2000 ses has a transmission seal leak only when it has been driven
for a couple of hours......I can drive 10 of 15 miles and there is no leak..
but after driving to several places around town it begins to leak....
I've attributed it to the fluid getting hot and being thinner.or thr seal being hotter, then breaking down.. I was wondering if pressure might be an issue. What Im getting to is if I replace the seal , is a pressure problem going to be a problem for the new seal too? There is no warning light ....
A reply from you transmission experts would be appreciated.
