01 GC battery drain from hazard lamp circuit

I have a 2001 GC Sport. Battery drains overnight. I have isolated it to the 20A HZD LMP Fuse. When I pull this fuse my drain is gone, but I also have a dead dash. The drain also has a pulsation to it as evidenced by a flickering light on my tester. Any ideas? Just as an aside: This van has always had reading lights that flickered (just barely perceptible) while on the road, but the battery drain has just occurred in the last couple of months.
