Exhaust install question

Hey guys, Im having some problems installing the 2.5" Tsudo Fireball catback exhaust I bought off of eBay..... On the stock exhaust, there is a sensor after the cat, but on the exhaust I purchased, there is no place to install this, any ideas? Thanks for any help in advance.

Wrap the sensor in aluminum foil, and wire tie it up out of the way.

once you get your exhaust put on take it to an exhaust shop and they should be able to put that sensor back in

No, that sensor is there to tell your computer that your cat is working. If your cat is not working properly, then that sensor will cause your check engine light to come on. Does your state have emissions checks? If not I would ditch the cat anyway. Or as silvreclipse says you can take it to the shop and they will put it in.

I live in NJ, so the cat definitely has to stay on. I thought that if I removed that sensor the fuel ratio would be off, guess I was wrong.

No... the sensor doesnt adjust or do anything. Its basically just an on/off sensor. If cat is fine, its on... if cat is bad, its off. Which causes a CEL. Keep the cat on. Won't get much performance. And since you have emmissions, definitly keep it on. There's no need to get it done until you get called up for the emmissions testing anyways. I got emmissions, and Ive yet to install the second one yet. I wont until the day I go to get it tested, but until then, more money elsewhere. Goodluck.

All OBD2 vehicles must have o2 sensors after every cat. Follow the instructions from this link to eliminate the rear o2. http://www.vfaq.com/mods/O2bypass.html
