S/c J30a1?

Okay, 2001 Accord v6 EX, completely stock.

First off, I really don't know much about S/C except that it is forced induction. I am willing to read up on them if necessary which it will more than likely be.

Now the question(s): About how much hp & lb-ft gains would I expect with a S/C? Who are some good companies? Does there need to be any work done to the internals of the engine? Am I more likely to find a kit or is it possible to piece-by-piece it?
