cleaning your doors

Anyone have a good idea to clean the hinges on your car doors.. Ive been working on my caprice doing house cleaning, replacing ALL lightbulbs ALL fuses, O2 sensors .. just the regular maintance, but cant seem to clean the hinges good.. any advice !!!!!! :banghead:

If its an oily/greasy mess, use carb cleaner... if its just leaves and crap use regular car wash.

WD-40 should do the trick and be less harmful to the painted surfaces.
