2005 odessey lemons

I have had vehicle for 5-6 months and vehicle has been in the shop 26+ days for many problems. Condenser sprang a leak (watch out they will try to say a rock or bug caused it), electrical problem w/ rt. rear speakers:(with radio on or off there was a loud buzz in the rt rear speaker)--my kids were complaining that it was hurting their ears-- replaced speakers twice, replaced (anti noise control unit)...
vehicle has been in for a water leak in trunk.. Steering wheel was rubbing on column... tailor hitch tailight problems and brakes problems.
** MAJOR PROBLEM W/ BRAKES** Our vehicle has been in the shop 3 time and is going back into shop today! I have been told defective brake pads and new ones won't be in until late October. -- also has a recall on air bag sensors --

** IS ANYONE OUT THERE HAVING THIS MANY PROBLEMS ON THE 05'S?*

I am dealing with Honda now about a 2005 Odyssey. At first I was told that the mfr and dealer are not being forthright about the existing brake issue. The van was taken in 6th times for the same brake issue and at first Honda said this situation is the first of its kind (to make owner feel like he is the trouble maker, then finally I found out that there are other brake problems to the 2005 Odyssey. I found you. ) I need to talk to you because I am going through a legal process to make Honda accountable for their lack of quality and especially lack of integrity to admit to the problem up front. Honda is workinh on a resolve for the grinding breaks. The noise from the speaker probably change in the cd player
