Accord Disc swap

I remember way back when on the old PH board someone from Europe with a VT talking about what was required for putting Discs and Calipers from a mid 90s Accord onto an EF9.
Anyone here know exactly whats involved?
I have a funny feeling one or both of my frount calipers is on its way out, and its just as easy for me to do the swap as it is to get the calipers rebuilt.
(besides which Iv never trusted the repeat braking ablities of my car, they dont seem to respond well to getting hot. :D )

Weird - my rotors are on their way but the calipers are fine.
I think it was bracer who was talking about the swap or Rex-VT?

He was doing the swap to his own VT but never made the move over from the old PH.
Iv always had a slightly spongy pedal, and despite having everything checked including all the calipers and the MC replaced I still get lots of fade from a hard stop from anything over 150kph.
Its ok for road driving, but I plan on running in a track day in a few months and dont want to run out of brakes before the hair pin at Taupo.
