Aztek with sunroof

I need to know if your headline is loose and floppy. On my headliner you can put your hand between the liner that closes and opens and the headline my dealer tells me this is normal???

Well just to tell yah my mom owns a 2001 and it does the same thing and they told her the same thing too and I believe it is because of the glues used to hold it up. BUT it will never go up again as we have been told unless u SOAK it in industrial glue. Hunter
