91rs vs 04 Tiburon gt

Ive seen some of these driving around town and for a import thier not bad...but how do think a race would go between the 04 tiburon gt and my 91 rs 305tbi...The tiburon has 170hp and 185tq and weight 2900 my maro stock has 170hp and 255tq and weights i believe 3200. I also have headers, open element, posi track rear with 3.42, aluminum driveshaft, catback exaust, plug wires, TBI spacer, and thats all i can think of...So how do yall think this race will turn out...

Make sure you race him from a stop though, you'll own him. If his car's manual, he'll downshift and probably beat you from a roll. Believe me. One time I gunned my old 91 TBI on the highway and still couldn't pass a mazda minivan, and my car had exhaust, edelbrock intake, and chip.

Yeah.. highway racing isnt exactly a 4 speed's greatest point anyways

i got owned by a tiburon v6 gt in my '92rs when it was all factory w/ about 150,000 miles on it...its alot different now...
