What size speakers?

What size component speakers do I need for a 1992 Civic CX?

Since we're on the subject, what are some good speakers to buy? I was thinking of either CDT Audio or Boston Acoustics. What do you think?

You need to be careful with speakers for the front anyhow, those baskets, even if you cut the back off, are only 6.5" in diameter, like EXACTLY 6.5", which makes it hard to find speakers that fit. If your car had the rear speaker option, they should take 5.25". Unless someone has played with it. I used to own a 94 cx, and I put 6x9's back there with minimal effort and it worked great.

As for what kind of speakers, Ive never had a set of components, i'd kinda like to, but its a good amount of $ that I could use elsewhere. My 94 ex has the stock component system still in it, and it sounds great.

Infinity or pioneer are good brands and sound great.
