axle problems on my civic si

I own a year 2000 civic si that is lowered. i just put a expensive camber kit(adjustable control arms)and new tires on it and have reaplaced the axles once already. (17inch rims brand name drag)
all i got in performance mods are intake, headers, and exaust. i was racing this integra gsr and took it off the line and in 2nd gear but when i put it in third gear (my third gear makes a short grinding sound when i put it into third) my car started to shake so i imediatly put it in nuetral and coasted it to the side of the road. when i tryed to drive the car again it started to go and then bam it stoped moving and it wouldnt go into any gears i put it in.
i got it towed to a transmission shop the next day and they said it was the axxel assembly that got messed up and fixed that supposidly.
but when i got it back it had a vibration to it.
the shop said i should take it to a wheel and tire(alighnment) place.
took it their and they said it was the engine mount that was broken
so the next day i took it to another shop and they said "vibrates on acceleration-raised vehicle and found that both axles are both freshly installed-the transmission shop did not replace right axle, they found and reconnected detached right inner cv joint-the vibration is being caused by the right inner cv joint binding &wobbling-recommend customer take vehicle back to the shop that recently replaced axles"

i plan on taking it to the place that replaced my axles in the begining now because they probably have a warranty on the axles.
but if they fix iit like they did last time isnt this just gonna happen again? could my axles messing up be realted to how the car was lowered(the suspension)?

if anybody knows why my axles keep breaking
and what i should do in order to fix this problem please post a comment

I would really appreciatet it

hard to figure out what shops say. every mechanic will give you a little different interpretation.

pull out the axle and check it out yourself. the halfshaft may not be aligned properly in the tranny.
