I'm going to state the most obvious first, as if you haven't figured it out for yourself, but i bet you fried the battery.

Ouch, that was a low blow hahah. I need some more information, what happens when you try to turn it over? Has anything changed since that? Or does it not turn over at all?

has to be a fuse somewhere, or a fryed wire. my spade connector fell off my starter once.... oh that was sooooo fun. call a flatbed, tell them to bring ramps. they forgot the ramps... lol those were the days. now i'm on a first name basis with a flat bed truck driver and he's on speed dial!!!

Who in the hell hooks up jumper cables wrong? :screwy:
Take it to the dealer and let them tell you what's wrong, it could be so many things we would just be guessing at this point. Then come on here and post what they say, if it makes sense, then do it yourself if you can.

Ok, you can either go to a dealer and have them tell you what you need, or you can have a car that doesn't run. The choice seems obvious to me.

independent shops are generally a lot more knowledgable than dealers. Dealers are just a bunch of stooges who went through a training course and think they know alot about cars and then charge you like they actually know what the hell they're doing.

That is about the most common response you can get from somebody that dosn't know what the problem is.

I have no idea what your problem is, but me or anyone on here could have told you to spend money and just start replacing shit and collect the labor charge. What is his reason for thinking it was the ecu? What else did he look at? Question you should have asked. That is how people get screwed over by shops, because they just assume they won't get taken advantage of.

He's right about the ecu knowledge. I took mine to one shop who tried to screw me that way. "Oh it must be the ecu." They even wanted to charge $80 to put it in! I said screw em and went to another shop who found out it was the cam sensor. (A LOT cheaper..) But then again it could have caused perhaps an energy spike which can damage various electrical equipment.
