Can someone tell me the inside diameter of the rubber intake tube between the air filter box and the throttle body? I need to know the size where it attaches to the air box or MAF sensor.
Thanks so much.

you're not buying one of those Tornado's or Vortex thingies for slipping in the air inlet hose are you?
DON'T!
save your money for three tanks of gas.
if you still want to know,
go to autozone.com or tornado's website, as they list part numbers AND the diameter (in mm) for the inlet tube.
another way to find out, is pull the MAF and measure diameter.
(also, it is difficult to say the exact measurement, as you did not list year; 4.5L, 4.9L, NorthStar, etc. as these do have different intake housings)
hope this helps,

if you want better gas mileage,
top of the tank with low grade, or premium, and add about 3-4 ounces of Acetone to the fuel, and run it through, then top off again, and re-check your mileage figures.
should be up (depending on mileage and service, and driving habits) at least 10%+, maybe 15-20!
