Has anyone else seen this poor of mileage? It is mostly city driving. This is my wifes vehicle and she does not drive it hard.

EPA city rating is 15 mpg and no one gets the city rating on any vehicle. 11 mpg is likely in ball park for 5100 lb vehicle. Weight reduces city mpg more than highway mpg as the engine has to accelerate the weight from a stop, therefore lighter is better.

I have a 2001 Limited with 2WD. I do city & hwy driving & have 78K miles on my truck. The display avg for MPG showed 15.6 avg per gallon both HWy & City.
I recently broke down & purchased the Tornado & FN air filter. After replacing the factory filter with the KN & inserting the Tornado Turbo air twister into the tube between the AF & the Carb intake, it appears that the milage is even less now; about 3/10ths of a gallon less. Not much of a difference but not what I wanted to achieve. I will likely take the units back to the Pep Boys as it has not provided what I was told.
However, I have noticed that the HP seems increased as the truck is much faster off of the stop position as well as accellerating on the HWY & passing other vehicles.

Women tend to brake unnecessarily often, that kills MPG.
My wife does not have leadfoot but she is getting poor MPG comparing to mine with same car.
