0-60 time for me

Hey guys, was wondering if this sounded right. I have the FIPK, and duals, and ran an 8 second 0-60 time. Is this what I should be doing? And another question. Has anyone used a G-Meter?

How accurate would this be in delivering quater-mile times and such? I can't wait to get my Nelson tune next month, then we'll see what's up.

AND another question.

Is descreening the MAF worth the time and effort?
How is this done?
Do I just use a hobby knife and cut around the edge?

Thanks for any help coming.

I'd say 8 seconds is about right. I have a G-tech meter and I've used it multiple times on my Trans Am and it's pretty accurate, was within .15 seconds of my track time (used it at the track) but the mph is gonna be about 5-8mph higher than the track. Can't help ya with the maf though.

Can't say if the screen removal helped me or not. If you do remove it, tell Allen so he can adjust accordingly. The screen doesn't have to be cut out. Just take a screwdriver, stick it in from the back and push....it will just pop out. Be sure not to hit the sensors on the inside of the maf.
