Switch from Manual to Power windows 89 Cutlass

Hello i recently purchased an 89 Cutlass Ciera equipped with manual windows. Made custom speaker boxes that attach to the door... and what would you know the crank on the manual window gets in the way. Just wondering what i would need to do to (if possible) install power windows instead of manual. Much appreaciated.
