Unuseable Windshield Wiper Fluid

Guys, my car has been waiting for me to get it on the road for a long time. The wiper fluid is NASTY, can't use it, need to get rid of it. How do I go about doing that? Is there a way I can drain it? Cause shooting it onto my windshied is like taking a bath in dirty water trying to get clean lol. So what's up?

unhook the hose at the link where it goes to the squirters, and hang it over the fender, and just hold the button in to squirt it, spray it right onto the ground
