air bag light /Camry

After blowing main fuse and killing all power to 93 Camry the Air bag light is staying on . I believe this means I have deactivated the Ari bags and will need to take it to a dealer to reactivate it by killing the code. Any suggestions on how I can reactivate air baaags without going to dealer
