2000 Silverado .
Replaced the rear rotors and pads along time ago, just like everyone else(35000 miles). I currently have 73000 and still running on the original front rotors and pads. Seems high to me, but I was wondering if this is normal.

My rear pads and rotors were getting bad at 50k had rotors turned and new pads installed. at 70k replaced all rotors and pads. Of course the rear needed it. The fronts were still in good condition i would say they still had a good 10 to 15k left in them.

I only get about 30k out of my brakes.

I don't see why most brakes shouldn't last 100k unless you're a severe duty type or use both feet on the pedals ( or there's an underlying problem ). I've almost always had brakes/rotors/drums go that long. I have more problems with suspension components going out before brakes ever do.
