Heres a couple of methods, and phone numbers where you dont need to go through the automated messages, etc.

That's a great reference list. I bookmarked it for future reference. Nothing boils my blood more than getting stuck in one of those damn automated systems. Sometimes I have to make a ton of phone calls a day and waste a lot of time trying to find a human because most of the prompts cannot help me. They need to add more companies to the list. Some companies have gotten smart over the years and no longer use "0" to get a human, this list gives us, the consumer, an edge we deserve.

add a few to the list...
When you have a chance to "talk" to the recording, when it comes on, simply say representative or operator and it will connect you with a person.
When calling CVS, as soon as the recording picks up hit 8001 or 8002 and you'll be connected and not have to wait on hold.

I just hit zero about four times and it sends me right through... seems to work 80% of the time.
