I have a 95 Maxima which I recently had into the shop for some brake/axle work. When I picked it up, they informed me that the brakes are 1994, but the axle is 1995. They had to call the local dealership with the VIN to gather this information. They also stated that my car was manufactured in May 1994. So now I'm curious as to what I actually got. I researched the VIN number, and it indicates that the model year is 1994. But clearly it is has the 1995 body style and all my owners manuals indicate 1995. I'm so confused. Any help would be appreciated.
