small dent removal

While parked outside of my university last week, some idiot decided to leave my passenger side door with a little present. He traded some paint with my door and now looking at it after it has been washed i can see a small almost unoticeable dent in my door of my 94' gt. While it is hard to spot, I still know it is there and I want it removed. I was wondering what the best method for removing this little ding would be. I have heard of paintless dent removal, etc... Not sure what my best option is. Thanks for all your help....

body shops use dry ice and sometimes heat to pop little dents out. the major question is how shallow or deep the dent is and is it bowl shaped or like a crease. contact a local body shop they can tell you the best way to pop it out.
