how in the hell do I...

remove the center console on me 2002 civic so i can install my shift boot....

I thought I knew what I was doing but it's not wanting to come apart at any place.

i took the screws out .. ass.. and the pins up front.

I have to remove the piece around the e-brake before i can get to the shifter peice but i can't lift the freaking thing up high enough for me to take out off.

I have to pry it open then lift it straight up out of the console.. harder then it sounds.

ass..... harsh word?lol j/k. well yesterday i ahd trouble taking my e brake handle off. i had to use the jaws of pliers to take it off. now my new c/f e brake handle is on. i love it.
