I need help!! My 1990 735I has an oveheating issue. Here's the deal.....
I replaced the Radiator,Water Pump,All Hoses,Thermostat,Overflow Plastic Tank. When the car is fully warm the needle is in the middle @ Idle.Turn on the AC and it goes to Red.I shut off the car open the hood & antifreeze is all around the overflow bottle.I open up the bleeder valve on the thermostat and it emits air for a good 3-5 min.Close it, start the car, gauge is back in the middle.Drive the car doesn't overheat until i turn on the AC.So, i shut the car down and keep repeating the process.Took it to the local mechanic and he can't figure out why i keep getting air in the lines!! He tells me you probably have a blown head gasket. No Smoke,No milky white oil.I think I may not be bleeding the system right.Sometimes when I drive it the gauge goes up & then comes down again.I also noticed that i can drive the car straight without any problems but when i make a turn the gauge goes up.HELP!!! PLEASE!!!

Some of out 7ers are tough to bleed the air from the system. Go to www.nmia.com/~dgnrg/page_2.htm This is Don Gale's website and he has a lot of good fixes for the 7 series including how to bleed the cooling system.
Good Luck
